Sheryl Underwood is an American television host, comedian and actress most well-known for her role as host of the popular daytime talk show The Talk. Sheryl Underwood, born in Arkansas, was raised among Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in a difficult family. Sheryl was fostered by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered with Polio. As she grew older she had numerous arguments with her mum. Sheryl claimed that in one instance, her mother had attacked an uncle of her daughter due to the fact that she had been a little too closer to the father. Sheryl was a soldier after she graduated from college. But her passion was comedy. She became the very first female winner of the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. She began her TV work in 1992 by having a frequent appearance as a performer on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. The host was on TV for the 2000 season of Oh Drama! In 2011, she began being a co-host for the talk show The Talk. Also, she's been the fictional character in TV shows like Bulworth Nicki and Beauty Shop.
