Meagan and Kara
Meagan Monique Good was born on August 8th, 1981 in Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle her mother who worked as her manager in her teen years and to her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. Her parents raised her with three brothers within Canyon Country in California and began acting around an age of just 4. At the beginning of her career she appeared as an actress in the television shows Doogie Howser Amen or M.D. at the age of 13, she starred in her debut film"Friday. The film first caught the attention of her role as the problematic teen Cisely Batiste in Eve's Bayou in 1997 for which she received two award nominations. The first was an N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nomination. Good took on small film and TV roles over the next couple of years. She began to transition into role that were more mature in the mid 2000s. The actress starred as Nina in Cousin Skeeter, a Nickelodeon T.V. show that ran from 1998 until 2001. Additionally, she played small parts in the film House Party to the Last Minute (1998) and 3 Strikes (2000). She played the role of Vanessa Scott in the sitcom My Wife and Kids in 2003. She was nominated as Best Actress for the Black Movie Awards 2005 after starring as Vanessa Scott in D.E.B.S (2004) the action-comedy feature. In the following years, she was in several films such as You've Got Yourself Served, Cookout The Venom: One Mistake call Waist Deep, and The Love Guru. While on both T.V. and film she played Mya in the multi-star film Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Originally from Texas Killmer was in the class of Baylor University in Waco Texas which she graduated with the B.F.A. In 2010, she received an education in performing arts. The first time she appeared on screen was 2010 with the webseries If you Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career onscreen in 2010 after appearing in local productions. The actress was featured in Simon Fuller's Hulu Series If I Can Dream in its debut episode. The series revolved around the group of people who first settled in Hollywood California.
