In the wake of moving to a new record company and having more control over her voice her voice, her subsequent album was her highest-selling American Idol album. There have been numerous awards she has received, including numerous Top Ten hits, two multi-Platinum album releases, as well as an appearance as mentor on several singing programs. She has received the following awards: four American Music Awards, twelve Billboard Music Awards, two Grammy Awards, and three MTV Video Music Awards. In the past, she's earned 98 major awards for music nominations and received seventy of them.
